Volunteers Awards - Celebrating 25 years of Volunteer's Week

[Volunteer Centre Midlothian]

Volunteers Awards Ceremony on 3rd June at Newbattle Abbey College to recognise the contribution and commitment of volunteers across Midlothian

Celebrating 25 years of Volunteer's Week
Volunteers' Week began in 1984. This national awareness week highlights the
contribution that volunteers make across the UK throughout the year. Volunteers'
Week also provides an opportunity for new volunteers to get involved.
This year we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of Volunteers' Week.  Join in the celebrations!

To recognise volunteers and volunteering in Midlothian awards will be presented at the Awards Ceremony at Newbattle Abbey on Wednesday 3rd June, which will be introduced by Arlene Stuart from Forth One.

We would like to express thanks to our sponsors NHS Lothian, IndigoVision, Jewel & Esk College, Rotary Club of Esk Valley and Lothian & Borders Police and to Newbattle Abbey College for supporting the event.

Contact Cheryl on 0131 663 6165 or email cheryl@volunteermidlothian.org.uk for further information.
